Goodbye, Dry Skin!

Au revoir dry skin!

It’s the middle of January and looks like the cold, dry weather is not going anywhere. I set out on a mission to find the perfect body wash/lotion combination to alleviate my dry skin. I had a little too much fun (as usual) and found some really great products, some drugstore and some not.

My first favorite is the Olay Deep Moisture Plus Tone Enriching Ribbons Body Wash. I am very sensitive when it comes to scents but this is heavenly. Most body washes dry out my skin, but this is the first product I’ve discovered that actually feels like it’s working. AND IT’S LESS THAN $5! If there is one product to buy after reading this post, this is it.

After falling in love with the body wash, I wanted to try out some other products in the Olay line. Cue the Olay In-Shower Body Lotion. I put this right on after I rinse the body wash off. The extra step may seem unnecessary, but I’m a sucker for a little extra pampering.

I have two favorite body lotions right now: Origins Ginger Souffle Body Cream and Victoria’s Secret Amazing All Over Body Lotion in White Tea & Sage.

The Origins Ginger body cream smells heavenly. It doesn’t leave my skin greasy and did I mention is smells good? I’m in love with a body lotion…

I found the Victoria’s Secret by chance. I was pining over Bvlgari’s White Tea scent for months but never got around to buying the lotion. I was waiting in line one day and discovered this little diamond in the rough. It’s the perfect dupe plus it’s $35 cheaper.

Treat yourself! It is essential to take care of your skin the cold winter months. Summer will be here before you know it πŸ˜‰
