My first real makeup purchase was a NARS lipgloss in Risky Business. It’s been downhill from there. Six years and 4 tubes of Risky Business later, I have declared myself the lip product queen…. Cue the selfies (and disgusting amount of NARS products).

1) L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in Fairest Nude + NARS Lipgloss in Chihuahua

I initially bought this lipstick for a Snooki costume but it really does look good under a gloss. Please do not pair it with lipliner. Opt for a lighter lipgloss to avoid looking like Snooki’s sister. (Sweater: J.Crew)

2) MAC Lipstick in Ruby Woo

Every blogger and their mother has this color so I had to jump on the bandwagon. Ruby Woo is borderline impossible to apply. I recommend using a lip brush but I really love the look of a matte red lip. (Shirt: Zara)

3) NARS Lipstick in Flair + NARS Lipgloss in Misbehave 

This duo is my favorite. That’s all. (Tee: Urban Outfitters)
