Relax, Take a Bath

Anyone else feel like their to-do list doubles everyday? Everyone is a little frazzled this time of the year, so let’s take a moment to regain our strength and get back on our feet. My secret? Take a bath.


I’ve already proclaimed my love for coconut oil HERE , but seriously? Nothing will make your skin softer. You probably already have epsom salt in your cabinet. Use them for relaxing your muscles after a tough workout, or in our case, just to relax!

  1. Fill your bath with hot water, and add about 1/3 of a box of epsom salt.
  2. Scoop about a cup of coconut oil into the water.
  3. Before you hop in, lather up with coconut oil (this is the most important part!!).
  4. Light your favorite candle, and kick back.
