Anyone else feel like their to-do list doubles everyday? Everyone is a little frazzled this time of the year, so let’s take a moment to regain our strength and get back on our feet. My secret? Take a bath.
I’ve already proclaimed my love for coconut oil HERE , but seriously? Nothing will make your skin softer. You probably already have epsom salt in your cabinet. Use them for relaxing your muscles after a tough workout, or in our case, just to relax!
- Fill your bath with hot water, and add about 1/3 of a box of epsom salt.
- Scoop about a cup of coconut oil into the water.
- Before you hop in, lather up with coconut oil (this is the most important part!!).
- Light your favorite candle, and kick back.
