How to Fake the Spring Break Glow

These days, my complexion resembles that of a marshmallow. I have lost any semblance of color, and I feel like I haven’t seen the sun since Paris Hilton was relevant. But, spring break is a week away and I will be returning to my beloved sunshine state (aka my legs will be exposed).

Jergens Natural Glow is a tanning staple. It says you need a few days to achieve the best “bronze,” but if you’re impatient like me you can apply it liberally the day before an event and hope for the best. The same goes for the Jergens Natural Glow Face Moisturizer. A few applications will give you a wonderfully subtle Gisele-esque glow. But, beware… too much will elevate you to Oompa Loompa status, so consider yourself warned.

Next up is Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, a true miracle product. This waterproof leg “makeup” will bronze you and cover up any imperfections. Perfect for a night out on the town, or even an afternoon by the pool. Also, don’t feel limited by the “airbrush leg” title. You can use this anywhere you need a little glow.

A good faux-tan needs a good sunscreen, too. If you’re spending spring break baking on the Miami beaches, you best have your SPF by your side. Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Sunscreen isn’t greasy and smells like summer.
